Effective October 22, 2026
Our commitment
We never describe sweepstakes play as a way to make money, and we will always help you find support.
Set your own limits
- Pick a spending limit before you log in, and treat it as entertainment money.
- Choose an end time and set an alarm.
- Do not chase losses.
- Skip playing when you are stressed, tired or drinking.
- Put family, work, bills and sleep first.
Signs it is time to stop
- Repeatedly playing longer or spending more than planned.
- Borrowing, or using money meant for bills.
- Hiding your play from people close to you.
- Feeling restless or irritable when you cannot play.
- Thinking of play as a fix for money problems.
Tools you can use
A concierge can set a cool-off period, close your account or arrange self-exclusion. Screen Time on iPhone and Digital Wellbeing on Android can limit app use, and many banks can block gambling transactions.
